RMACRAO 2025 Annual Meeting: July 16-18 in Casper, Wyoming!

RMACRAO’s 2025 Annual Conference at Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. The RMACRAO Annual Conference an excellent opportunity to learn, network, and engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues throughout Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Location:

RMACRAO 2025 will be at Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. Casper College is located at 125 College Dr, Casper, WY 82601. The conference will be held primarily in the University of Wyoming/Student Union. Check out the Casper College campus map for building locations.

Fun fact – the Casper College inner loop in 1.5 miles, so don’t forget to bring your sneakers.

Registration and Fees:

Your RMACRAO 2025 Conference registration includes:

• Keynote speakers, workshops, small group discussions
• Social and networking opportunities
• Lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday and Thursday

To qualify for member rate, the registrant must be employed by a member institution.

Statement of Benefit:

Excited to attend RMACRAO 2025 but need a statement of benefit? RMACRAO created a sample ‘statement of benefit’ you can use to seek institutional support for funding. Feel free to use (and edit) as needed. When looking at budgeting, the RMACRAO conference includes lunch, making it an affordable conference option.

Hotel Information:

RMACRAO will not be reserving a room block but do have a couple of suggested hotels, with a special rate at the Ramkota.

Credit cards will not be charged until check out. Special rate of $85/night (plus taxes and fees) only guaranteed through June 15th or until rooms run out.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Casper is another hotel option close to Casper College. Just off I-25, the Hampton Inn & Suites is the perfect hotel for exploring the heart of Wyoming. Driving Directions to Casper College:
From South: North on I-25 to Exit 187 (Wyoming). Take Interstate Exit 185(East Casper/Evansville), turn left onto Wyoming Blvd., following Wyoming Blvd out of town until you come to the stoplight at Casper Mountain Rd intersection, turn right. Follow that road until you reach the Campus Drive intersection, turn left.
From East: Take Interstate Exit 185(East Casper/Evansville), turn left onto Wyoming Blvd., following Wyoming Blvd out of town until you come to the stoplight at Casper Mountain Rd intersection, turn right. Follow that road until you reach the Campus Drive intersection, turn left.
From West: Follow Hwy 20/26 through Mills until you get to the Poplar intersection, turn right. Follow Poplar until you reach the College Drive/25th Street Intersection, turn left. Follow College Drive until you see the Casper College Sign, turn right.
From Southwest: Follow Hwy 220/CY Avenue turn right on Poplar Street, turn left on College Drive/25th Street, follow College Drive until you see the Casper College Sign, turn right onto campus.
