Join us July 15-17, 2026 for RMACRAO’s 2026 Annual Conference at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. The RMACRAO Annual Conference an excellent opportunity to learn, network, and engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues throughout Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. This year we will be celebrating 50 years of RMACRAO! As we honor our golden past and look 50 years forward, we want to invite everyone celebrate this monumental occasion, bringing together higher education professionals from across Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.

RMACRAO Logo Redesign Contest

We are excited to announce a contest to design a new RMACRAO to take us through the next 50 years. The logo submission contest is open to current members of RMACRAO; each institution may submit up to two designs. Be part of looking forward to 50 more years of higher education. 2026 RMACRAO Annual Meeting Travel Grant Application

Need assistance with travel to the RMACRAO 2026 Annual Meeting? RMACRAO provides a limited number of Travel Grants for the RMACRAO Annual Meeting. Complete the 2026 RMACRAO Annual Meeting Travel Grant Application for the opportunity to win a $200 travel grant towards the RMACRAO Annual Conference.

We are looking for presenters to share their knowledge and successes with others, as we build a collaborative network of ideas and support. Whether a seasoned or novice presenter, the RMACRAO Annual Conference is the place to share your expertise and experience.

  • Non-member Full Conference Registration: $219
  • Member Single Day Conference Registration (Thursday): $99
  • Non-Member Single Day Conference Registration (Thursday): $109
  • Member Single Day Conference Registration (Wednesday/Friday): $49
  • Non-Member Single Day Conference Registration (Wednesday/Friday): $59

RMACRAO is working with Staybridge Suites Denver South – Highlands Ranch to offer discounted rates for the conference. The Staybridge Suites Denver South – Highlands Ranch has a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary breakfast, and on-site business center. Located just a few miles south of Arapahoe Community College and various activities, it is located near all the action. Rates included:

  • Standard Queen Studio Suite: $169.00 per night
  • One Bedroom King Suite: $189.00 per night
  • One Bedroom Two- Queen Suite: $ 209.00 per night

Feel free to use (and edit) as needed. When looking at budgeting, the RMACRAO conference includes lunch, making it an affordable conference option.
